The Principle
Kallam in the cloud is confidential by architecture: EU hosting, encryption at rest and in transit, sealed matters, no training on your data. For most firms, that is the right answer.
Some mandates do not permit an answer that involves a network. Kallam Sovereign removes the question. There is no API to call, no telemetry to send, and no inference running anywhere except your own machines. Disconnect the cable and every feature still works.

The Mandates
